a. In all cases, for the connection of a property (or a distinct-use part of a property) to the water supply network, the settlement or payment of any outstanding debts is required.

b. The water supply to the properties is implemented following a technical inspection (site visit) by the Authorized Employee of D.E.Y.A.S. and the local licensed plumber. The inspection will be conducted on a sample basis by the competent employee of the Financial Service, at the discretion of the President or the Board of Directors of the utility.

c. All documents are stored in the WATER SUPPLY FILE of the consumer. The completeness of the file is checked by the Financial Service, and the water supply is approved by the PRESIDENT or the Board of Directors of D.E.Y.A.S., following the recommendation of the General Manager of the utility.
